Shipping Methods
As required by commercial regulations, all shipments from Cafiero S.r.l. are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice reflects the discounted prices.
Delivery Times
Orders are shipped by Cafiero S.r.l. from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Cafiero S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or force majeure events beyond its control.
Orders containing items already available will be shipped on the first working day following order placement, pending product availability confirmation and payment verification (for new customers).
The amount will be charged to the credit card on the shipping date.
In all cases, Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to delay shipment in the event of force majeure.
Order Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery. If the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to either sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.
If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are requested to report the issue to the courier and contact Cafiero S.r.l. at info@ogunsequipment.com immediately.
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Cafiero S.r.l. and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, absent recipient, wrong phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
Return Policy
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items may be returned for a color exchange or refund within 14 days from the shipping date.
Return Instructions
To request a return authorization, customers must send a request via email to info@ogunsequipment.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
The email must specify the item codes to be returned and the preferred compensation:
Once the return request is received, Cafiero S.r.l. will send written confirmation including the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
The return must be shipped using the courier specified in the email from Cafiero S.r.l. The R.A.N. must be written on the waybill, which must be filled out as instructed in the authorization email from the Cafiero S.r.l. Returns Department.
Return shipping is FREE.
The customer can choose one of the following compensation methods:
Timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card provider.
For orders paid via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
Returned items must arrive at the Cafiero S.r.l. headquarters within 14 days of receiving the written return authorization from the Returns Department.
Terms and Conditions
Items must not show any signs of use.
All products must be returned with their original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or altered in any way.
If the customer receives defective goods or there are shipping errors by O’GUNS, the same return procedure applies. Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective items and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent via couriers not specified in the return instructions. Acceptance of such returns will incur a 10% fee based on the value of the returned merchandise.
Returns that do not comply with all the return policy terms and conditions will not be accepted. In such cases, the items will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
